The gift of peacefulness

This one-hour movement and meditation practice was created by Trish Dingman to ground you, replenish you, and imbue you with peace. She lives in a yurt off the grid with her husband and fur baby; she creates and teaches amidst a magical forest at The Om Dome; and, she rescues animals and gives them a forever home at their animal sanctuary. We promise, this time with her will soothe your soul.
